This will completely change the visual side of things for the Home Screen, My Games, Guide Games, and App screen, making them sharper for better visibility.
Microsoft also provided a comparison image, offering a wonderful picture of all the changes post-update. Finally, players will be able to enjoy the true power of 4K resolution. The night mode lets players adjust the brightness as well as the hue of the display according to their choice. Players with sensitivity to bright screens can now adjust the brightness, especially during the night. This brand new night mode system works on a system level, including apps and games. However, this does not affect the performance, game screenshots, and gameplay clips.
Players can also create a personalized schedule for night mode. There is a new accessibility feature as well that lets you customize the light brightness in the middle of your wireless controller. Lastly, the company is also adding a quick setting menu to the Xbox guide basically so people can “quickly toggle accessibility features without leaving your game or app.”
