Xbox is a gaming console brand developed and owned by Microsoft. Furthermore, the $68.7 billion deal between Microsoft and Activision has taken the entire internet by storm. Now, Xbox is on its way to becoming one of the world’s largest video game companies.
At the start when Microsoft first announced that it is planning to purchase Activision Blizzard, many PlayStation users panicked. Their reaction was genuinely natural, as Xbox would own popular Activision titles such as Bubble Witch Saga, Call of Duty, Candy Crush, Crash Bandicoot, and many more.
However, Phil Spencer’s decision of letting Call of Duty titles stay with PlayStation earned him a lot of console users’ respect. Other than Xbox, Bobby Kotick will also gain enormous benefits from the Microsoft-Activision Blizzard deal.

Bobby Kotick will make a fortune with the Microsoft-Activision Blizzard deal
Bobby Kotick has been CEO of Activision Blizzard since the merge of Activision and Blizzard back in 2008. He became the CEO of Activision in 1991 and had led the company to splendid success ever since. A few months back, it was revealed that Bobby Kotick will step down from the post of CEO after the upcoming $68.7 billion acquisition is complete.
Interestingly, the recent reports say that Microsoft will fairly compensate the CEO of Activision Blizzard to step down from his post. Bobby Kotick will get a $14.4 million payout when the Microsoft acquisition goes through if he’s removed.
