Sony has evaded all the major gaming events that took place through the summer season. Rival firms in Xbox, EA, Bandai Namco, and others attended E3, while the same names are going to turn up in the upcoming Gamescom event. Sadly, Sony has provided no updates regarding a PlayStation event and has largely avoided every opportunity. Gamers only got the chance to witness amazing revelations through state-of-play live streams that took place on YouTube.
Now, more rumors from the community suggest, Sony is actually aiming to host two massive events of its own.

Two new events could unravel a splendid list of PlayStation title
Last month, rumors about a possible PS5 event flooded the internet. The studio has already shared information about the new DLC expansion pack for Ghost of Tsushima, and it seems the studio will unveil new information about PS5 event. Earlier in the year, the studio confirmed it is indeed working on a roster of 25 new titles, out of which over 12 are going to be new IPs (intellectual properties).
Safe to say, everything will be revealed with Sony’s own event that was being rumored to take place in August. However, more rumors from the community point at yet another follow-up event in September. This event could take reveal gameplay trailer and more revelation for Horizon, God of War, and other prominent titles.

A rumor surrounding the delayed release of Horizon: Forbidden West has turned out to be true. Bloomberg’s journalist, Jason Schreier, has now confirmed the rumor with a tweet. The developers are trying their best to stick to their original timeline, but things might not go as intended.

God of War is already being delayed for 2022 and it seems like Forbidden West will follow the same route. The production for the next iteration of God of War started late, and it seems the current state of the world may be causing problems. Several top-rated already suffered heavily because of the pandemic and it seems Forbidden West is suffering the same fate.
