The Pokemon franchise recently saw its latest video game iteration in the form of Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Released on January 28, 2022, the game is seeing tremendous success out of the gate with fans loving the innovative take on the classic Pokemon formula. Previous entries in the franchise have mostly been composed of turn-based RPGs, Arceus scraps all that to make room for a unique title.

Developer Game Freak has reinvented the wheel, as Arceus involves new mechanics from the ground up. Providing a fresh feel to each new encounter, and a game world that feels different.
