Nintendo has been delivering a lot with its fresh releases this year. However, the publisher has also been active in bringing back some of the best-known classics from the past for today’s generation of players on its Nintendo Switch Online platform.
In the last few months, Nintendo has re-introduced games like Star Fox 64 and Dr. Mario 64 for the modern Switch console. They all come from the N64 era. To make them perform even better, the publisher recently rolled out an update as specifically targeted toward the NSO’s N64 application.

While the company has been witnessing great success with its new line-up of games, it is also catering to the older generation of fans as well simultaneously. It did it recently by including popular old games, from decades ago, for the Switch. Apart from entertaining the players who love going retro, these titles are also meant to be played by the younger fans who have never tried them before.
Now speaking of Nintendo Switch Online, then it did receive an update earlier this year. And the publisher just made it better few days ago by revealing another update in version 2.3.0. However, it’s specifically for the platform’s N64 application.
As reported by NintendoLife, the publisher even released patch notes for this version. Normally, the company doesn’t do this for updates like these.
