The series of challenges that met an unfortunate end 

Recently, MrBeast uploaded his much-awaited video that had the fans reminiscing about his iconic ‘Squid Game’ feature. However, this time, the challenges and thrill were at a whole new level as it featured an individual battling against wild dangerous traps designed by the YouTuber. Of course, the stakes were high, but so was the entertainment. 

Although this is one of the best edge-of-the-seat experiences in a MrBeast video, it had a very unfortunate ending. The challenge included the man taking on dangerous traps for a hundred grand. To move to the next level, the participant had a choice to either back off with the current prize or gamble it for an additional hundred grand. However, the contestant kept going.

The rounds in question included swimming underwater without a mask while unlocking five doors, walking through a grid of lasers, dodging a huge “Human Crushing Boulder,” zorbing through a video game-like challenge involving moving platforms, and being trapped in a cage while spikes closed in on the contestant from the sides.

In typical “MrBeast” style, the following task, which required Mack to pick between a Feastables and a Hershey’s chocolate bar, provided much-needed comic relief.
Then came a Squid Game-like contraption with the infamous honeycomb cookie, and Mack walked across a skinny beam hung 200 feet in the air. He had to cut the cookie according to the shape in the scanner. While he did well, he ultimately couldn’t get past the umbrella, with $800,000 on the line.

The ending was still exciting for the audience because it was also a potential tease for Jimmy’s upcoming videos. Also, it took the fans back to an unfulfilled desire of the creator. 

MrBeast finally makes his long-held desire turn into reality 

Spoiler Alert! It all went great for the participant, as he aced seven traps until he failed to complete the last phase of the revised Squid Game challenge. This Easter egg task brought a lot of memories back. And it seems like the creator had a bigger plan around the same. 

At the end of the video, Jimmy stated, “Let me know if you wanna see more videos like this one. Hopefully, the next one will have a happier ending.” Adding to this, the closing frame of the video quoted, “Comment if you want to give Mack a second chance.” These subtle hints sparked a convincing fan theory. According to the fans, MrBeast might be planning a full-fledged series around a similar concept which he had in plans for a while. 

The tweet and the end of the latest video, when aligned together, make a powerful argument in favor of these speculations. Evidently, these theories were enough to convince the MrBeast fans of a new big chapter in the entertainment realm. However, fans will have to wait for an official confirmation besides the Easter eggs.
