Christopher Dring added in the thread, “Some fun stats. Across Europe, more people have bought Farming Simulator 22 than Skywards Sword HD, Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, Monster Hunter Rise, Forza Horizon 5, and Guardians of the Galaxy.”

Farming Simulator 22 breaks the series record

The Farming Simulator 22 from Giant Software broke the record of the series. It sold over 1.5 million copies just in the first week. To date, they have sold more than 25 million copies. In addition, the title has also had 90 million mobile downloads.

One of the many reasons behind this success must be the reason that Farming Simulator 22 was the first globally self-published title.

The games that Christopher compared Farming Simulator 22 to have had very low sales. Guardians of the Galaxy resorted only with 4 million sales as of November.
