Through a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), Activision officially confirmed Lara Croft’s entry into the CoD universe. While tagging the Tomb Raider account of the fictional gaming icon, the publisher hyped this crossover by asking players to have their “pistols ready”.
Although it’s confirmed that the legendary female video game character is coming to Call of Duty Modern Warfare II, there’s still mystery surrounding the release date of her Operator bundle. Thanks to the Season 5 Battle Pass, though, we do have a rough estimate of exactly when players can witness her debut.

It seems like the upcoming mid-season update will eventually introduce her into the game. Season 5 Reloaded is expected to launch on August 30 based on strong rumors. That’s because the overall duration of Season 5 is of 55 days, according to the Battle Pass timer. Hence, it only makes sense for the devs to drop a Reloaded update at the end of this month. Still, one should take this date with a grain of salt unless an official, mid-season blog is revealed.
What is the Lara Croft Operator bundle priced at?
Going by how much the most exclusive bundles already cost in MWII, the Lara Croft bundle may arrive for a price of 2,400 COD Points. In other words, players will need to spend $19.99 to access her Operator for Multiplayer as well as Warzone. Given the enormous popularity of the Tomb Raider icon, it seems like fans will happily purchase this bundle.

Interestingly, there’s another reason why more players may end up buying it. There are rumors floating across the internet, indicating that the upcoming collaboration might be a marketing technique of Tomb Raider’s team to reveal Lara’s first look from a brand new AAA project.
