MrBeast is a colossal entity in the YouTube sphere. His massive influence not only influences his close circles but also thousand of others who get the fortune to crossroads with him. Among these people was Jonathan Lee, who all by random chance got to go to Paris, have six best days of his life, and come back with baguettes for MrBeast, all without spending a single penny. 

Jonathan is a Trinity Senior, studying mathematics and computer science. On a fortunate day, Lee met the MrBeast team on the road and was approached with once in a lifetime opportunity. He was asked to go to Paris to get a baguette by MrBeast. Currently, this video has become MrBeast’s most successful shorts of all time.

MrBeast is one of the peak examples of dedication and passion toward one’s craft. Not only does he gives his all to his full-length videos on YouTube, but also spends a significant amount of time and resources on his short videos on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. In a recent interview with the Chronicle, one of the civilian participants of Beast’s shorts, Jonathan Lee tells his experience of working in a MrBeast video. 

At first, Jonathan thought it was all an elaborate joke, but the Beast team was not playing at all! “It was like, right there. He booked the plane ticket right in front of me, and that’s how I knew it was serious. Because before that, I was still like, “Oh, this could be a joke,” but then he booked it right in front of me,” said Lee.

He said how quickly it all happened. Lee met Jimmy’s team somewhere around 2 pm, and they booked the flight for 5 pm. He further had only three hours to pack his bags and get ready to fly to Paris. He was a little worried about missing classes, but he managed it by dropping emails to his professors. But his mother was the one who was worried the most, as she believed he was getting kidnapped. 

“Well, my mom had no idea who Mr. Beast was… she thought that he was from Reddit,” said Lee. “She was really confused at first, but once I explained it to her, and once she got the assurance that l wasn’t being kidnapped, it was chill,” said Jonathan Lee on how he managed to make his Mother agree with his adventure. 

Jonathan is not the only person who got to experience an amazing time because of MrBeast. He has sent people to Santa’s house, a celebrity blind date, and many more!
