Since its launch in late 2022, Kick has been going head-to-head with Twitch. The new platform has made significant progress in the streaming market too, gaining the support of some huge streaming names, like Adin Ross and GM Hikaru Nakamura.
Kick’s main selling point is a far higher revenue split than the Amazon-owned platform. While many streamers are switching over to Kick for this, Trainwreckstv, the platform’s co-founder, has hinted about poaching more stars from their competition.

A recent Twitch clip of Trainwreckstv is going viral over the internet. In this clip, fans hear him talking to another content creator, YourRAGE. He was discussing the topic of streamers on Kick. Talking about an idea that seems highly unlikely right now, he started naming top-tier streamers from Twitch that he wished to bring over to his platform.
“Do you know how wild it’d be if we had you, Bruce, Dr Disrespect, NICKMERCS, Summit, and Kai on the platform? That’d be a crazy setup, wouldn’t it?” he said, talking to YourRAGE.
YourRAGE also agreed with his idea immediately, stating, “Yeah that’d be almost ggs.” Trainwreckstv also looked at the widespread appeal his idea will have, stating it would be crazy and wild.
YourRAGE also asked the Kick co-founder if this was his plan all along. Trainwreckstv revealed he did not plan any of this and was just toying with the idea. “No, I’m just bullsh***ing for the bullsh*t,” he said. “That sh*t would be wild though, wouldn’t it?”
While Trainwreckstv may be just teasing about signing Kai Cenat, the streamer himself might be moving to Kick if the rumors are true.
Kai Cenat might be on his way to Kick
In a recent stream of Kick streamer, Adin Ross, he made some surprising claims. Ross claimed the platform has signed yet another mega-superstar. Many fans are assuming he is talking about his close friend Kai Cenat, who recently got banned from Twitch.

When asked who the superstar was, Ross said that he couldn’t say right now. He claims that revealing their identity will deflate the excitement around their arrival.
Whether it is Trainswreckstv pitching signing new streamers, or Ross revealing a new superstar streamer on Kick, one thing is certain, Kick is here to stay and will put up a good fight against Twitch.
