The God of War has been an iconic franchise giving out a number of hit entries in its 17-year-old history so far. However, when it comes to the most engaging and compelling title among all the offerings, 2018’s installment emerges at the top.

The father-son duo of Kratos and Atreus won the hearts of millions of players when a new story featuring the God of War made its way four years ago. Following a vast success, it even made its way to the PC platform earlier this year. Currently, all the gaming enthusiasts are waiting for the release of its deserving sequel in Ragnarok.

Actor Ryan Hurst reveals a major God of War Ragnarok detail about Thor, posing a deadly challenge to Kratos

As reported by GamesRadar, Ryan Hurst, who plays Thor in Ragnarok, interacted with the media during Comic-Con Revolution 2022 last month.

 

He was sitting alongside interviewer Steven Alvarez, who asked him questions about his experience on the anticipated installment. While answering a lot of quarries, Hurst also talked about his motion capture sessions and how they were set up.

Well, during his explaining the process, the actor also revealed something that might end up being a spoiler for a lot of the God of War Ragnarok fans. The warning is already issued in case you are still willing to continue reading ahead.

Mentioning his motion capture related steps, playing as Thor, Ryan revealed the height of the God of Thunder, who will be the antagonist opposite Kratos.

In God of War Ragnarok, the character will be “Seven Foot Something”, as per the actor himself.

For those uninitiated, Kratos is about six foot four inches, as revealed in a Reddit post from 2018 during the launch of the first part. It implies that Thor might turn out to be a formidable opponent and a true force to reckon with for the beloved protagonist.

It also means fans will witness a battle worth the wait in the PlayStation 5 exclusive: God of Thunder vs God of War. The God of War Ragnarok is expected to come out later in 2022 for the PS5 and PS4 consoles.
