Streamers Kai Cenat and Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins are pretty close friends. The two have their own show and have always supported each other’s ventures on multiple occasions. While Cenat is one of the biggest streamers on Twitch with millions of followers, IShowSpeed is mostly active on YouTube. And this happened after his permanent ban from Twitch.
Now Kai Cenat seems to have had enough. As seen in a recent livestream session, the creator has sent out an ultimatum to the purple platform. Cenat has announced that he will follow his pal IShowSpeed out of Twitch if the latter’s ban is not lifted soon.

IShowSpeed was banned from Twitch because of a series of offensive comments towards live viewers. Watkins’ “psychological questions” about whether a female follower would help the streamer to populate the Earth in case a natural catastrophe occurs weren’t received well. Moreover, IShowSpeed also dissed female players during online matches. Such was the nature of his comments that Adin Ross had to step in and make IShowSpeed stop.
Cenat has faced lawsuits after his giveaway event resulted in a riot in Manhattan. However, it looks like such legal matters don’t affect the streamer much, compared to how he feels about Twitch’s behavior with his friend. Since IShowSpeed received his ban from Twitch, Cenat has been very vocal about the harshness of the punishment. Now, Cenat has made it clear that he’s had enough of the conundrum.
Speed was also recently witnessed to be asking Twitch’s head to unban him. The interaction saw Watkins on his knees in front of the Twitch boss with Cenat standing close by asking for him to be unbanned. Now, Cenat once again took to Twitch to make a stunning statement. Cenat was recently heard saying “If Speed don’t get unbanned, I’m leaving“. Cenat’s ultimatum took a lot of viewers by surprise, but IShowSpeed may be in for a turn of fates thanks to his mate’s threats.
