MrBeast does it again! Another amazing video to continue the $1 vs $100 million series. In the first video of this trend, he compared cars that started at $1 and went up to $100 million. It’s safe to say that the video was a success. However, this time, he took things up a notch.
In the latest video by the mega-youtuber, he followed the same trend, but this time instead of cars, it’s houses that he was checking out. While the grand houses were enough to keep the audience entertained, he had another trick up his sleeve.

In the new video, MrBeast makes his way from what can barely be called a house to a lavish mansion. The first house was the $1 House. This house was in the middle of water and was barely holding on. It was interesting to see that came with amenities, including a recliner, a mattress, and a partial floor.
The next house was a huge jump from $1 to a million-dollar house. It was a spacious house with 4 bedrooms. It had amenities including a movie theater, an arcade, and a pool with a small waterfall. One of the factors that MrBeast pointed out was the bathroom in this house was bigger than the entire 1$ house.
Next was the $15 Million House. It offered breathtaking views of Los Angeles. One thing everyone liked about this house was the indoor basketball court with luxurious seating. This house is owned by a lawyer who also left a cute note for MrBeast. The house came with a gym, a movie theatre, and an arcade along with a spacious kitchen.
Then came the $30 million house. It was an estate with 4 separate buildings. One of the most interesting features here was the garage that was decked out with supercars. Further, the house had more cars in another garage and a third garage to top things off. One thing that stood out beyond the cars was the indoor full-size tennis court. While almost every other house had an arcade, this one had one that spanned two stories. This house even came with an indoor waterpark with slides and pools.
Things are starting to get expensive
For the next house, which was $45 million, MrBeast called in the Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban. Upon checking the house, there were jokes about having a couch in a bathroom, until Mark told everyone that he actually has a couch in his washroom. With regard to that, he said, “The number one rule is, you have to have a heated seat.”
The next house was $69 million. It’s known for its artistic decor and sculptures. The unique design and architecture set it apart from the rest. For the house tour, the team met with Miranda Cosgrove. One of the standout features of this house was its home sound system, custom-made by the creator of the Walkman.
The team met up with Justin Timberlake to explore the $100 Million Mega-Mansion. This mansion offered a grand and spacious layout that is almost beyond imagination. Rare marble imported from Italy marvelously formed the walls. The mansion boasted spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, ensuring comfort and luxury in every corner.

While checking the property out, MrBeast joked with the Mirrors singer about buying the house. The chandeliers in this house alone costed a million dollars each, making every aspect of his house a grand one. The garage had a state-of-the-art car elevator so the owner can select which car they would like to drive and have it ready with the elevator. Such was the gap between the $1 house and the $100 million mansion.
