Considering the entertainer’s pre-existing bias towards their rival phone brand Apple, fans are calling it a risky move. The King of YouTube has been open to his liking for Apple and its products. Thus, Apple’s arch-nemesis Samsung reaching out to the superstar for a brand endorsement does sound like a tough call. Also, the YouTuber has evidently been a huge admirer of Steve Jobs, the founder of the iPhone parent company. However, the strategists seem to have gone with the call trying to cash on the phenomenal reach of the creator.

While exploring the 2 million dollar car in his latest video, the latter promoted the latest Samsung flip phone. “I want to tell you about the Samsung Galaxy Z flip5 phone. And what’s special about this phone is it literally folds in half. The folding screen on the flip5 makes it fit in your pocket better and also allows you to use two apps at the same time. Another cool thing about this phone is you can record 4k 60 fps. In fact, the Samsung Galaxy S23 is the official vlog camera of the channel”, MrBeast said advertising the product. 

Taking all these aspects into consideration, a fan ignited a debate through their viral Reddit post. “Anyone thought it was strange that Jimmy was sponsored by Samsung despite him being a big fan of Apple? He even has posters of Steve Jobs around his house, which they addressed through their post.
