We have Universal, and especially Illumination, to thank for the visuals of this upcoming movie. The same studios that have previously worked on the Despicable Me, Minions, and Boss Baby movies.
Nintendo and Universal have high hopes for it too. Regarding it being a successful start to the franchise that took too long to hit the big screen after its last disaster.
So, they have been releasing trailer after trailer for it. It has released around three trailers and a bunch of small clips dedicated to different characters. While some fans are happy enough to watch these short clips, others are not too happy.
Fans worry that bit by bit, Nintendo is just showing people every good scene that’s in the movie. And it appears the water is over the heads of those fans with a newly launched billboard.
This billboard has a video clip playing showing yet another clip of this upcoming movie, and fans are not very happy about it.
Fans think the whole movie is getting spoiled via these trailers!
Fans on Twitter have voiced their concern that reiterating that this would reduce the movie’s appeal. Scene after scene, they end up seeing all the best scenes from the movie, leaving very little space for the surprise elements or the theatre experience.
