COD Warzone’s new Caldera map might start a new era for the FPS game, and Dr Disrespect had his two cents to share about the upcoming update. The update is scheduled to arrive on December 9th. Doc at the request of his fans decided to go through the patch notes for the Warzone Pacific update and spared some really insightful thoughts on the game.

Dr Disrespect thinks the new Warzone update is quite similar to PUBG

As the 2Time started reading out the patch notes; very seamlessly, he skipped past the narrative of the new update. While scrolling past the patch notes, Doc very explicitly exclaimed, “It’s got a little PUBG vibe”.?He further went on to scrutinize the size of the map and figure out that Caldera is much smaller than the previous map, Verdansk.

He further went on to talk about the issues that he could note about mantles in the game. Furthermore, he finds out that a certain location was very much similar to Sanhok in the PUBG map. He goes on to compare the map with various other COD titles such as Advanced Warfare.

In terms of performance measures, Dead Silence being nerfed and removal of Power Round stoppages was something that really intrigued Doc’s interest. Doc in general was quite satisfied with the balance measures of the game.

He really loved the Big Game Bounty feature, where the Operator with the most kill count, would be targeted. The stream ended with Doc watching the Caldera trailer in super high definition.

Major nerfs and buffs in the Caldera update

The Caldera update will see some major nerfs and buffs for Warzone. As mentioned above, Dead Silence will be nerfed while Stopping Power Rounds will be removed from the game. There will be many new locations for players to discover in the game. The Snapshot Grenade now has an increased radius and the Decoy Grenade explodes with rubber bullets.

The Caldera update looks promising as both fans and streamers like DrDisrespect show anticipation for the same.
