The event featured a wide variety of new games, hardware, and updates for upcoming titles. Not to mention, Metal Gear Solid 3 fans lost their cool due to Konami’s surprising revelation during the PlayStation Showcase.

Nearly 20 years after its release, Konami has officially announced working on Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater Remake. Furthermore, it’s also confirmed that the Remake will feature the original voices, presumably including David Hayter as Snake. One of them was the announcement of the Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake. It is set to release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows PC via Steam. The MGS3 is widely considered to be one of the best stealth action games of all time.

Moreover, it ignores high-tech gadgets and weaponry mechanics while focusing majorly on camouflage to hide in each area and hunting down forest animals. Konami has already promised the upcoming addition to the Metal Gear Solid franchise as a “faithful remake.”

Indeed, the announcement of the MSG3 Remake took fans by surprise. Furthermore, several fans went on Twitter to share their excitement with fellow Metal Gear Solid veterans. One fan said, ” I’m curious. If MGS3R is going to be on PC. Will we also be seeing MGSM VOL1 on PC? I’d LOVE to play the OGs again bit I don’t have consoles anymore.”

Whereas, another comment read, ” David Hayter RETURNS. As well as Josh Keaton, and the others. So hype!!!!!” Last but not least, one true MSG fan shared their excitement by saying, “Yess!!! There’s just no one else that could do it. I need to see Lori Alan1 as the Boss and David Hayter as Naked Snake.”
