PlayStation 2’s breakthrough franchise, God of War has become a stable product for Sony. Even after a couple of decades, the gaming giant is still banking on the popular franchise. With the great transition from the third-person arcade-style gameplay into over-the-shoulder personal experience, Kratos has come a long way from his humble days.
The iconic franchise has now entered the land of Norse gods, but fans haven’t forgotten about the legendary trilogy. Kratos’s journey from a mere mortal to godhood all started in the Greek pantheon, and this Italian creator cidilicrash aka Claudio Manca cooked up a hilarious homage to the franchise that even caught Santa Monica studio’s eye.

Kratos may be a God of War but even he cannot evade the memes
The acting was quite on target, as Claudio Manca nailed every single move. Kratos is a larger-than-life demi, who can lift an enormous amount of weight and decimate anything in his path. However, seeing the same godly character struggle to lift a door, open a chest, and deal with everyday chores gave birth to a new meme.

Manca highlight this aspect of the gaming culture in his series of videos, where he enacted the same mannerism portrayed by the character. In addition to that, he also shared yet another hilarious mini-game that revolved around Kratos’s struggle with the pulley system of his curtain. You can take a look at the video below and revel in the nostalgia of playing the game on the classic PlayStation 2 & 3 devices.
