We are in a new and improved generation of game consoles. Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X are widely popular among gamers. As a result, it is the best-selling Xbox Console. The Xbox Series S is the lite version of Series X, with low SSD storage and other specification. However, from a low pricing point, Xbox Series S is by far the best option.
It is no secret that Microsoft is trying quite hard to introduce the Game Pass service on other screens as well, such as Television. Today, Xbox Series S-type streaming device has been spotted online. According to the rumors, the device is useful for TV or an external monitor. It allows the users to access xCloud. The device is expected to launch officially later this year.

Way back in July 2021, Microsoft stated that it is currently working on a device to bring the Xbox experience to TV and that too with no extra hardware. Of course, there will be a controller and that’s it. For non-internet-connected TV, Microsoft will offer another best option. Sounds super exciting, to be honest. The Series S- type streaming device pictures were posted on Twitter by PostUp. However, there is absolutely no way to check the authenticity of these pictures. It hasn’t been announced officially yet.

According to the Twitter images, the box is extremely small. It is slightly wider than a pack of a deck. The box is a cuboid with pretty clean corners with an Xbox logo on the top left corner of the box. On the front side of the device, there is a USB port with a power button.
Talking about the features, the device is compatible with apps like Disney+, HBO, and many more. Not only an Xbox controller, but users will also be able to connect the keyboard and mouse to the device. Every Xbox controller can be paired with the device.
This device is quite useful on a trip if you wish to spend some enjoyable time with your gaming buddies. You just need to plug the device on any TV and that’s literally it. No wiring issues, no hard connections, nothing at all. The device’s actual name hasn’t been revealed officially yet.
