Call of Duty franchise is known for giving players some of the most memorable maps. In all the biggest installments released in the franchise so far, hardcore fans have admired the inclusion of impressive locales. And this trend has continued with Activision’s newest installment, Modern Warfare II.
While the game was released with many new maps for Call of Duty players, they wanted to see the return of several old favorites as well. Before Christmas last year, they expected to have Shipment in Season 1. The makers fulfilled their wish by offering it under a mid-season update. Since then, the most popular map in the action series has fascinated the majority of the players. However, it seems like not everyone is happy with its influence in the Multiplayer setup. Surprisingly, there are several players who hate it in the ongoing game.

There’s no doubt that the close-quarters map has been a go-to option for fans when it comes to the Multiplayer experience. Its dominance over other maps is such that when it is removed from the playlist, a lot of users end up getting frustrated. That’s been the case with the ongoing MWII title as well. Whenever Shipment has been pulled by the devs, there’s been a heavy demand to bring it back.
However, it seems like some of the Call of Duty fans have a different opinion regarding Shipment. Recently, a Reddit user, known as u/BigPaleontologist520, shared a post. They asked other players in the community to mention the most “unpopular MW2 2022 opinions.” Interestingly, many people ended up revealing their hatred for Shipment.
According to some users, “Shipment is ruining call of duty. Players don’t wanna give maps a chance because they can’t wrap their heads around learning angles, points, and flanks.” Have a look at the reactions below:
