RalphsValve, the reputed scooper and industry insider for all things gaming, just dropped big news in of one their recent tweets on the Call of Duty saga. Sharing the information, the scooper mentioned that Infinity Ward will soon introduce a rebranding strategy.

Call of Duty to have its own subscription scheme in the future
As far as the upcoming entry is concerned, there are only a few details available on it. Fans can expect to have an improved gameplay and graphics, based on the reports so far.
However, another leaked information from none other than Ralph, has now initiated a fresh buzz on Call of Duty as an IP. The insider revealed that Infinity Ward will probably rebrand the entire franchise as a whole.

Simply put, there will be unexpected changes made to the UI/UX systems with a redesign. And this can be believed as well, for a reason, especially considering this tweet from Ralph back in October last year.

Moreover, it also appears that Call of Duty will have its own subscription-based service for the players. Plus, a mobile application catering to the needs of the series can also make its way, according to the leak itself.
What’s more, players will be able to explore fresh content in the app’s library. And the COD store will have a feature a re-architecture.

Meanwhile, the majority of the fans of Call of Duty fans look forward to the moment the acquisition of Activision is completed. As soon as it’s done, the fate of the gaming series will solely depend on the Xbox Game Studios under Phil Spencer.
The CEO of Microsoft Gaming recently revealed that even after the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, he would like Call of Duty to remain on the PlayStation platform. He mentioned this after the fans previously showed their concern regarding this matter.
