It seems that the new year is proving to be a difficult one for Logan Paul as he is constantly getting wrapped in controversies; from getting called a “scammer” to now an “irresponsible influencer”. This all came to light when a recent video of a pig getting rescued by an animal sanctuary got viral on the internet, which was later revealed to be Logan Paul’s former “mini pig” Pearl.

And what is even more interesting is the fact that the response by Logan Paul in the matter makes some pretty amazing questions to raise for fans.

Logan Paul’s pig getting rescued from an abandoned field

In a recent TikTok video shared by the ‘Gentle Barn’, it was revealed that they rescued an “abandoned and scared” pig, that belonged to an influencer once. Later, it was revealed that the name of the pig was ‘Pearl’ and was formerly owned by YouTuber-turned-wrestler Logan Paul for 2 years, before he moved to Puerto Rico during the pandemic.

However, after fans came to know about this they directly charged towards the influencer, asking him about the huge blunder. Paul replied to their criticism with a series of tweets saying, “Pearl was rehomed to an amazing Ranch that I visited in Santa Clarita when I moved to Puerto Rico. I was unable to bring her to the island. She lived there happily for 10 months before the owner sold the Ranch. She was rehomed w/o my knowledge to the Farmer across the street.”

However, the Tik Tok video by Gentle Barn said that Pearl was actually in a very bad state and was found near a second pig that was dead by the time help arrived. However, Logan further wrote in another tweet, denying the case, by saying that “the Farmer called the Gentle Barn to pick her up, & denies there was a second pig — Pearl was transferred alone. This is an incredibly heartbreaking situation, I had Pearl for 2 years.”

Logan Paul says he wants to help

He later said that he’s himself been looking for a way to help the sanctuary make the best arrangements for Pearl. He wrote: “I’m beyond thankful to the @TheGentleBarn for taking her in & will do whatever I need to aid in Pearl’s care.”
