Twitch and YouTube are two of the most prominent platforms for livestreaming. There are millions of talented streamers across both platforms. But both these platforms have been competing against each other to take the top spot.

Amidst the ongoing rivalry between Twitch and YouTube, many other livestreaming platforms like Mixer and Facebook Gaming also tried joining the competition. But now there is one more competitor in the scene called Kick. Already, major Twitch stars like Adin Ross and Trainwreckstv moved to this new livestreaming platform. Recently, streaming sensation IShowSpeed also shocked Adin Ross by “quitting YouTube.”

Adin Ross was exploring the internet on his latest live stream when he came across a clip of IShowSpeed. In the video, the young YouTube streamer claimed he was quitting the red side. But before Adin could have reacted to the news, IShowSpeed started laughing and said, “April’s Fool.”  This video was nothing more than a prank by the 18-year-old.

Ross then claimed that Speed got him with the prank, but also said, “Someone tell Speed to call me bro.” Now Adin wanting to talk to Speed isn’t that surprising, as they are good friends. But there is a possibility that after seeing the video, Adin wants to invite his friend over to Kick and leave YouTube.

A few days ago, Adin shared a big-name streamer would be joining Kick soon. Even Trainwreckstv also claimed recently that six major names in the streaming scene would be joining their platform. Moreover, many fans speculated IShowSpeed is among the possible candidates besides Kai Cenat and DrDisrespect to join the new platform.

How did fans react to Speed’s prank on Ross?

While Adin Ross was in shock from IShowSpeed’s prank, the former’s chat was enjoying the funny situation on stream. They couldn’t help but laugh at how the young YouTube star pranked the former Twitch star, Adin Ross. The majority of the fans spammed laughing emojis and texts like “LOL” and “LMAO” in the comments.

Undoubtedly, it was a great prank by IShowSpeed on Adin Ross, but it doesn’t mean that the former would never leave YouTube.
