Kanye West has been the focus of various media squabbles and discussions as a result of his recent stances on matters such as free speech, racism, and others. As a result of one of his latest statements on anti-Semitism and Nazism, he has once again become the most divisive societal figure.

And thus it seems to clear his name Kanye West has finally agreed to do an interview with Twitch streamer Adin Ross. But the actual question here is, who will keep a check on the entire situation if it starts crumbling, to which many think that Hasan Piker can be a great moderator, including Adin Ross. But it seems that Twitch streamer xQc is totally against the idea.

Hasan Piker can be a moderator for Kanye West and Adin Ross interview, but xQc feels otherwise

In his recent stream, Hasan Piker reacted to a Twitter poll by Adin Ross on who should moderate his Kanye West interview to which many voted that it should be done by FaZe Banks & Mike Majlak. But eventually, even Banks and Mike said that Hasan should moderate it. Regarding this Hasan said, “I talked to both Banks and Mike, and both of them separately told me, independent of one another, that, like they both reached out to me separately saying that, I should be there.”

He further added, “I mean I don’t really care to be honest. My interest in participating in the matter regardless of what people think is more so to just try to manage a situation that is like going to be really really bad. Like if this conversation inevitably takes place, okay no matter what happens, it’s gonna be bad. At that point, you’re trying to plug holes in the dam that’s about to break. You understand, which is my goal if I have the opportunity to do so that is.”

Notably, xQc was seen to be against the idea of this entire interview though, as he also said that he won’t be able to support Hasan if he does the job of moderating the interview. xQc said, “I’m telling you bro, I know you can take some hate or whatever, but this is a hole-in-a-ball game. Okay? I would not get in the middle of this, because if you try to moderate and being part of the conversation people will say ‘L guy’, ‘sleeper guy’, ‘annoying guy’, ‘kick him out, f**k him.’ And they’re gonna start sending hate to the point where it becomes absolutely unbeatable.”

To which Hasan replied, “I know that already. I’m completely aware of this for the record. I think the best possible thing is that it [the interview] doesn’t happen. Second best possible outcome is it happens only with Kanye West and Adin Ross having a conversation together, which ultimately will be ineffective with regards to spreading white supremacist propaganda. Because Kanye West is not very good at spreading white supremacist propaganda, because he’s like very new to the f**king game. Doesn’t really understand it. Doesn’t really understand what he has to say.”

Thus, it seems that it has now become a very dangerous area for Twitch streamers to roam into as a single wrong move can prove to be a very bad career choice.
