The most prominent people to be credited for this game’s success are creative director Cory Barlog, who also directed the 2018’s God of War, and Ragnarök’s director Eric Williams. He really brought perfection to everything that Cory Barlog started back in 2018. And now he is ready for something very different altogether.

After Kratos, Eric Williams wants to tell Gabriel’s story

Eric Williams recently was on the latest episode of “Kinda Funny Games Spoilercast” and during his conversation with the hosts, he revealed that he would love to work on a Castlevania game if someone could secure him a license.

He went on to tell the hosts that they can make it happen on account of their having a large audience around the world.

So, fans of both series are super excited about this comment. Some are already praying that this happens. Some are even taking this comment of Eric Williams as a confirmation that he might be hinting at some upcoming Castlevania game that Santa Monica Studios is working on.

So it would not be a surprise if we see a Playstation 5 exclusive Castlevania happen.
