“If I Spend Six Months Training..” MrBeast Admits Why He Will Never Go Boxing Despite Vested Interest

Every MrBeast fan knows that he is a huge video game fanatic, but only some know his love for boxing. Yes, that’s right, MrBeast once explained why he loves boxing but would never do it himself.

Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson is one of the biggest content creators for YouTube. He has a huge fanbase and has tons of new ideas to make surprising videos for his fans. But one thing that fans might never see him do is Celebrity Boxing, and he has a very good reason behind it.

MrBeast and his love for boxing

On September 20, 2021, a video was uploaded by Colin and Samir’s YouTube channel. In the video, they interviewed MrBeast just after he bought Studio C.

During the interview, the hosts asked Jimmy many questions, but there was a particular question that stood out. What does MrBeast think about boxing? Notably, the question was asked by the host on the basis of how YouTube has seen an evolution over the past few years, and celebrity boxing was a huge part of it.

To which MrBeast replied, “The thing with boxing is it’s literally two people putting everything on the line. What I mean is, you’re risking your reputation and your dignity. So like it kind of is the perfect thing to like to be a big spectacle and cause the world to stop.”

He then further added, “Because if you get two titans or two big names that a lot of people know of and they’re both like hey we’re willing to risk it all one of us is walking away with a fat L on their face. Of course, like it’s the perfect formula to be a big spectacle.”

Why would Jimmy never do boxing?

Many might think that MrBeast might not do boxing because he might get injured, but the real reason is far more genuine than this. As in the same interview, when MrBeast was asked whether he might do boxing for his content, he denied it.

He replied very genuinely by saying, “The only problem with those is like so much time. I got so much going on, so many employees, so much that depends on this channel. Like I just can’t spend six months just training three times a day or two times a day.”

This also shows that MrBeast as a content creator is very serious about his work. He might entertain people but he always thinks about others before him. And maybe with his genuineness and understanding, only he had been able to win the hearts of millions.
