JJ felt he needed to be tough to be a part of anything that he was a part of or things that he wanted to do, as only then he could keep things aligned. KSI also revealed that these thoughts almost made him think about leaving the Sidemen, as he felt he couldn’t “act tough.”

“I remember like I was struggling, I was thinking maybe I have to leave the sidemen just to like to be able to focus on the music so, I can look a certain way, and then I was like why don’t I just be myself,” JJ said while talking to Miniminter and Toby.

However, Miniminter tried to lighten up the mood, questioning if it was his evolving time, as none of them wanted to dwell on the past. Soon, KSI and the gang moved on to their later segments, talking about other things.
