Nintendo Switch is a very nifty console, and that is all thanks to its portable nature and its Joy-Cons. These little controllers allow players’ really incredible maneuverability. That’s why Nintendo has made games like Arms and Fitness Boxing possible on this console.

While some fans say they are happy enough to burn a few calories playing games on this console, there is one guy who says the Nintendo Switch has helped him become ripped. And he has even explained how he did it!

A nimble person would know how they can use the Nintendo Switch to do that light cardio that they usually do without any entertainment. They can just grab those Joy-Cons and start their favorite game when indulging in those exercises that do not require their hands.

And it appears a YouTuber named Brandon Carter, who also happens to be a certified trainer and nutritionist, has cracked this formula to its core. In a recently released short, he claims the Nintendo Switch helped him get ripped.

And the procedure he explained for it was pretty doable too. While talking about working out with the Nintendo Switch, he said, “The only time I play any games is while I am doing cardio. So I have a treadmill in my office, I also bought an exercise bike, and I am playing Smash Bros like a dork, but I am getting ripped.”

Then he goes on to explain how he combines games like Arms and Nintendo Switch Sports with weighted gloves, which allows him to get a hefty amount of exercise while clearing some levels.

It’s not very surprising either; this is possible, or at least staying fit with this console is extremely easy. Owners can grab Ring Fit Adventures anytime they want and start losing a bunch of calories every time they play it.

Nintendo has been doing this kind of stuff forever now. They try to keep their gamers physically engaged while playing games, so they do not just gain weight sitting in one place for hours.
