But what happens when an individual in the giant productions of MrBeast doesn’t stand up to the expectations? Where do they go? Jimmy Donaldson aka MrBeast shares his process of removing workers that just aren’t adequate for the job. He addresses the issues and hassles that come with firing a worker. 

MrBeasts fires his workers by helping them find a new job 

In an interview, Jimmy goes through the process of firing his workers. The young millionaire philanthropist influencer is known for his kind-hearted spirit and generous attitude. So it wasn’t surprising that the process of firing someone is “never fun” for Jimmy.

In the interview, Jimmy shared that, unlike other workplace managers, he never truly fires anyone. Instead, when someone is not adequate for the task, Jimmy suggests they move on to other companies, he even helps them in their “transition”.

I like to see them help them transition to other companies. Like sometimes we had one person who we moved out here and it did not end up working out and so you know I was like what you wanna go do?said the young influencer.

Jimmy says he asks the employee if they want to work for other YouTubers and Content Creators, and if they agree, he does his best to refer them to his fellow influencers and help them get another job. 

Jimmy shared how once one of his workers wanted to go work for Tyler the Creator, and he tried his best to get him that job. He said, “It just kinda depends, sometimes they wanna go work for other YouTubers and I help them, or sometimes, one guy he wanted to go work for Tyler the Creator, I was like I tried, I tried to get to Tyler the Creator, and be like hey this guy, I vouch he is pretty good.

That is how MrBeast deals with firing his employees. Instead of just letting them go, he helps them transition to other companies or influencers so they could start their work again as soon as possible.
