Twitch streamer Amouranth has been skyrocketing on the popularity charts. Having over six million followers on Twitch, she stands as a well-recognized streamer worldwide. However, she has also been a recipient of utter hate from the community, which once took a violent turn.

Kaitlyn Michelle Siragusa a.k.a Amouranth is popularly known for being a top streamer in the hot-tub streaming genre. Recently, she declared how she will be channelizing her efforts to move on to other genres as well, and the many projects that she has in the works. However, there was a time when the star was facing harsh remarks from her haters. Unfortunately, there was once an incident outside her garage that become a violent effort to display hate.

Amouranth shares details of a tragic indirect attempt at violence

In 2021, the media organization VICE made a documentary on Amouranth. Carrying out a personal interview, the documentary’s motive was to give an insight into the life of Amouranth behind the camera.

In the documentary, she shows the gym that she goes to, to make herself strong if any mishappening occurs. “A lot of crazy people trying to, you know, dox you, find you. Get threats daily, swat you, and you never know if, like, someone decides, ‘I’m gonna show up.’ It’s always a real possibility.”

Recalling a tragic incident, she said, “Some other events that I’ve had, there was an arson attempt in front of my garage. I was streaming, and I heard the trash can explode against the garage door.” 

The above image, as shown in the documentary, is of the trash can that had exploded. Moreover, she put forward her thought of not knowing what encourages one to do such an activity. She said, “It seems to be a mixture of people who both hate and are obsessed with me, so it’s like an obsessed hating. I’m not quite sure what’s going through their mind.”

This was one incident that would totally shock anybody. Apart from this, she has also talked about stalking incidents as well as weird messages that she has received. Let’s hope she wouldn’t have to go through something similar again.
