Felix “xQc” Lengyel set a perfect example of what it means to never give up. The Twitch streamer has finally achieved the target that he’s been trying to get for the past two years. You might wonder what this target is for the Canadian streamer. It’s to reclaim his Minecraft speedrun record from rival Hans Eli “Forsen” Sebastian Fors.
The two Twitch streamers have had a rivalry going on since late 2020. Like many Minecraft speedrunners, xQc and Forsen have been breaking each other’s records. But in April 2021, Forsen set a new speedrunning record against xQc, which was seven seconds faster than the former Overwatch player’s 20 minutes 45 seconds.

xQc has been trying to beat Forsen’s record since 2021 but unable to do so. He came close to that record many times but failed to outperform that time of 20:38. However, the 27-year-old has been grinding a lot in Minecraft for the past few months. Finally, xQc reclaimed his throne from Forsen as he entered the new year.
On January 4, 2023, the Canadian streamer xQc finally beat Forsen’s time, and that too was 33 seconds faster. So, xQc’s new speedrunning record in Minecraft is 20:05. He then threw his headphones in excitement and said, “Oh my god! Boom! I am done with this s*it. F*ck yes, man! Oh my god! I am f*cking shaking, dude.”
The Canadian streamer then recalled how long he’s been trying to beat Forsen’s record. He said, “Brother, it’s been two f*cking years with this s*it, man. It’s been two years with this s*it, man.” Undoubtedly, the streamer was on cloud nine after being able to achieve this feat.
