Union Square in New York City became an epicenter for the riot of over 2,000 people, which led to the injury of 12 people. Furthermore, Kai Cenat was also arrested by the NYPD for causing those riots, but was later released. Now the Twitch streamer has made a comeback to his platform with a strong revelation.

The first stream of Kai Cenat after getting arrested contains a message for the rioters

Kai Cenat recently made a Twitch comeback after the unfortunate turn of events on his giveaway. He said, “After Friday [NYC riot incident], I have come to realize the amount of not only power but influence that I have on people.” However, the Twitch streamer did not support what happened at Union Square in any way.

“I am beyond disappointed in anybody who became destructive that day. One hundred percent, that s**t is not cool. None of that is cool,” he said. After issuing this hard-worded criticism for rioters, Cenat explained his side of the story.

Claiming he did not mean to cause a riot with the giveaway, Kai revealed, “I’m seeing random videos of people getting sturdy on people’s cars.” Seeing the amount of chaos caused by the giveaway he planned, Cenat was left asking why.

His strong-worded comments for the rioters have found the support of his loyal fans. However, the Twitch streamer was still charged by the NYPD with multiple counts of inciting a riot. Furthermore, the NYPD has also taken action against the suspected rioters and made several arrests.
