The gaming extravaganza which is E3 will return in 2021. It typically showcases the newest offerings from some of the biggest game developers all over the world. This year will feature more of the same as Xbox, Bethesda, Bandai Namco, Nintendo, and others will all be in attendance.
Since this is a major event during the year for the gaming community, many enthusiasts will want to stream and give their live reactions to the event. As a result, Xbox has publically come out to help streamers avoid getting banned while co-streaming the event.
“We at Xbox greatly appreciate any co-stream efforts and aim to ensure you have a smooth experience if you choose to do so. To that end, we have acquired re-transmission rights to all licensed music featured in this live stream broadcast.”

Xbox comes to the aid of streamers and helps them to avoid copyright claims
While Xbox has taken precautionary steps to make it so that streamers do not face the risk of copyright due to the music at the event, there may be an error on the part of the music label which could cause these copyright issues to arise. They recommend co-streaming from the /twitchgaming channel in order to avoid such copyright issues.
On its part, the gaming tycoon has acquired the licenses for all the music that will be played at the upcoming Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase. However, this deal will only last for the next year. Thus, they have advised creators to delist or delete their videos by June 1, 2022, to reduce DMCA risk.

The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase will take place on June 13th, 2021. This 90-minute presentation will give us our first look at what the duo has been working on since Microsoft acquired Bethesda for $7.5 billion. In addition to this, there will be a live performance from Weezer, a Nintendo Direct presentation and a closing awards show.
