Contracts are an element of the battle royale that is unique to Call of Duty Warzone. These mini-games allow players to earn perks such as upgraded loot and can even revive fallen teammates. “Contracts appear as small computer tablets in the overworld, and their drop locations are marked on your Tac Map as soon as you enter the match, allowing you to plan your drop accordingly.” As of now, there are six different types of contracts in Warzone. Each of these contracts requires a different approach to complete.

Bounty Contacts in Warzone

The most common type of contracts you will come across in Warzone are bounty contracts. Once this contract is started, a player on an opposing team will be marked with a bounty. It is then up to you and your teammates to track them down and eliminate them within the given time limit.

If you manage to eliminate the player within the time limit, the timer will reset and another member of the team will be marked with a bounty. Upon completion, you will earn a considerable amount of cash, and any of your eliminated teammates will be redeployed.

Scavenger Contracts

Scavenger contracts are ideal for a situation when you are low on loot. During this contract, you will have a time limit to reach three different supply boxes. Although players get to keep the loot from each box that they loot, unlocking all three boxes will give you the best loot. The scavenger contract can earn you items like Legendary weapons, Field Upgrades, and even Self-Revive Kits.

Recon Contracts

Recon Contracts has your squad attempting to secure a specific location on the map. Once initiated, enemy teams will be alerted regarding your position making it a risky contract to take on. In order to complete this contract, your team will have to secure a point on the map similar to Domination. “Completing the upload will award loot and Cash directly onto the location, as well as showing you where the next safe area will be via a yellow circle on the Tac Map.”

Supply Runs in Warzone

Once a supply run contract is initiated, the green buy station icon on your map will turn to a yellow one. A timer will begin within which a member of your squad must reach the station. “If your squad successfully makes it, each squad member receives a Cash reward and an 80% discount on most items.”

Furthermore, you can get a free self-revive kit or redeployment of a fallen teammate. However, players will still have to incur the full price of a loadout drop.

Most Wanted Contract

The most wanted contract is essentially the opposite of the bounty. Once you have started this contract, a red-crowned icon will appear above you on the Tac Map for all Operators currently in the game. Your team will need to work as a unit to protect the most wanted player. If you do survive you will earn a handsome cash reward.
