Avalanche Software, the studio behind the much-anticpated Hogwarts Legacy, has been teasing fans with video bits from the upcoming game. Their most recent revelation showcased an enchanted watering can doing its duty. In fact, the short video served as a minor trailer to how surreal the environment and audio design will be in the game.

For the unaware, Hogwarts Legacy is an upcoming open-world action RPG title from Avalanche Software and WB Games. The experience will feature the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from the 1800s. It’s a single-player game and will allow a player to take up the role of a student in the iconic Hogwarts Institution.

With Hogwarts Legacy being an open-world title, the developers have a lot of opportunities to perfect the visuals. And it seems like they are already doing so, from their teasers. Moreover, the creators are also adding in every detail to recreate the original Hogwarts experience, as popular author J.K. Rowling introduced in her books.

Although the game is based on J.K. Rowling’s stories, it will not include popular characters like Harry Potter and Hermione. The game is set in the 1800s, much before the timeline of Harry Potter.

Hogwarts Legacy developers teases an enchanted watering can

According to a short video of 8 seconds, Hogwarts Legacy will feature enchanted watering cans that will quench the grounds’ thirst even during rainy spring nights. “After all, the summer sun is just over the horizon.” the tweet read.

The video showcased an absolutely bewitching tour of Hogwarts during a rainy spring night. As fans would notice, the above tweet is connected to this ASMR video, with the watering cans adding a lovely touch to the world.

Avalanche Software has already revealed the release window for Hogwarts Legacy. However, fans are still awaiting a specific date. In fact, the teaser for the enchanted watering cans has had a lot of fans speculating about a release date announcement.
