Everybody knows Dr. Dre for being an iconic name in the hip-hop industry. Dr. Dre’s contribution to music has been immense, and he’s also heavily influenced the soundtracks of the GTA series. His iconic songs such as Next Episode and Still D.R.E. have now become indispensably associated with GTA San Andreas.

Fellow rapper and friend of Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg’s recent comments claim that Dr. Dre is back at the studio to work on the upcoming GTA title’s soundtrack.

Snoop Dogg teased Dr. Dre feature in the upcoming GTA title

While Dr. Dre’s in-the-making album Detox has been on production for years now, Snoop Dogg’s latest reveal hints at some important insights into the apparent soundtrack of the upcoming GTA title. In an interview with the podcast Rolling Stone Music Now, Snoop Dog says, “I do know he’s in the studio.”

He further elaborates“I do know he’s making great fu**ing music. And some of his music is connected to the GTA game that’s coming out. So I think that that will be the way that his music will be released, through the GTA video game.” This episode of the podcast will be available on November 3rd.

Interestingly, Rockstar Games have denied the relevance of these comments and they have not announced any new title either. Dr Dre or any of his associates haven’t commented on the same as well.

Snoop Dogg further talks about him and Dre performing in the Super Bowl LVI halftime along with Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and Mary J. Bilge on February 13th. He feels that the performance would be around Dre because most of the performers were one’s growing up watching and idolizing the hip-hop maestro.

Besides this, GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition will be out soon on November 11 and will be available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. This remastered version of the trilogy can be obtained for free using the Xbox Game Pass subscription.
