DreamHack 2023, the biggest annual event for gamers, is happening soon. While this is a place for professional gamers to show the world what they are best at doing, it hosts a fair share of competitions for amateur players, too. This year, DreamHack is happening in Atlanta. Along with the tournaments, DreamHack has included the renowned bring-your-own-computer (BYOC) LAN party, cosplay exhibitions, art displays, diverse activities, expos, screenings, and more. DreamHack Atlanta 2023: Date and Time

Gamers all over the world wait for events like DreamHack to happen so they can get together and celebrate gaming. This year, the event is taking place in Atlanta starting on December 15th. Gamers can enjoy the event for the weekend as it will end on December 17th. Over the weekend, gamers will get to participate in various tournaments and activities to get the complete gamer experience.

Players taking part in the tournament can enjoy live World Class Esports tournaments, including popular titles like Street Fighter 6, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mortal Kombat 1 (PS5), Super Smash Bros. Melee, Tekken 7 (PS4 Pro), Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising (PS4), and Guilty Gear Strive (PS4 Pro).
Official Tournament Schedule (All Times in EST):
Friday, December 15th:
- Commencing at 2 pm, the Smash Ultimate Doubles event kicks off.
- Starting from 4 pm, the Melee Doubles tournament begins.
Saturday, December 16th:
- The preliminary rounds for official singles tournaments are expected to start as early as 10am
Sunday, December 17th:
- The pools for Guilty Gear Strive starts at 11:00 am.
- The final day of official tournaments may start as early as 10 am.
- The entire show concludes at 7 pm
Tournament Prize pools
Players can take part in various tournaments by buying the right pass to enter the roster. Attendees must purchase tickets to access DreamHack Atlanta. A visitor ticket is required for each day of participation, and a 3-day visitor ticket covers all days. Gamers can get the early Bird 3-Day Festival passes starting at $79, while Single Day passes start at $26. Tickets can be purchased directly on the official website.
