YouTube superstar MrBeast has been achieving milestones one after the other. Being hyperactive in producing content and managing businesses like Feastables and MrBeast Burger is not a joke. But it seems he has been creating a clone who would manage his business and replicate his work culture. Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has done unimaginable things lately. From recreating Squid Games to helping cure 1,000 blind people, there remains no land that MrBeast hasn’t ventured. Yet, the superstar wants to do bigger things for 2023 and take his potential forward.

Multiple times MrBeast has been seen going outside and interacting with the public to make videos. This practice demands days of dedication, leaving a void area in controlling the businesses. But it seems MrBeast has already been working on its solution.

In January, MrBeast appeared on Lex Fridman’s podcast. There, the two personalities discussed the whereabouts of the social media platform in today’s world, the future of content creation, MrBeast’s future plans, and much more. To this, MrBeast talked about his CEO James and how he accompanies him to study Jimmy’s decision-making. Jimmy said, “He literally lived with me for a couple years. I’m a big fan of just like finding people who are super obsessed, and all in, and A players, that they really just wanna be great, and then just dumping everything I have in them.”

He continued by saying that he would allow him to live with him, hear his phone call by keeping it on speaker, and usually talk seven hours daily on an average for two years. On his reasoning to do so, he said, “Really just training his brain to think like me. So that way he could just do things without my input, without me having to constantly watch over him or give him advice, and that’s where we’ve gotten. So for the first six months, he didn’t do anything, he just studied me, and studied everything I cared about, and how I spoke, and blah blah.”

Concludingly, MrBeast said, “And then, the next six months, he started taking on some responsibilities. And now he can just run the company and I don’t ever really have to check in on him.” Assuring that most of his decision replicate Jimmy’s, he put forward his understanding of cloning.
