Xbox Series X|S vs Xbox One Sales Comparison
According to recent reports, Xbox new-gen consoles 17 months after releasing has finally surpassed Xbox One console sale. The reports say that Xbox X|S console has generated a total of 13.87 million units while Xbox One console had 11.48 units sales.

VGChartz’s blog mentioned, ” In the latest month, the gap grew in favor of the Xbox Series X|S when compared to the aligned launch of the Xbox One by 488,885 units. The Xbox Series X|S has grown its lead in the last 12 months by 2.08 million units. The Xbox Series X|S is currently ahead by 2.39 million units.”

If compare the features that both consoles put on the table, it’s very clear why the Xbox new-gen consoles are far ahead of the classic Xbox One console. Although the Xbox Series X|S console has achieved a significant milestone, it’s important that its competitor, PlayStation 5, is far ahead in lead.

According to Eurogamer’s blog, PS 5 was able to cross 17.3 million units as of December 31, 2021, according to Sony. Furthermore, it also mentioned that it was not able to overdo its predecessor in comparison of sales. It was mainly because of the shortage of supplies PS5 faced when it first arrived in the market.
