Rockstar is back with another new addition for GTA Online and this time the fans are not having it at all. The idea of bringing GTA + to the fore was indeed a bad one given fans are very much annoyed with the business that the gaming developers are trying to extract out of them.

GTA V and its Online version are well over a decade old and fans have already expressed much resentment against its monotonicity and lack of proper content within it. Here is a GTA fan who is very much angered by the new service being started by Rockstar. This is what they have posted on Twitter.

What is the GTA+ service that everyone is talking about?

Rockstar has announced that they are launching a new service called GTA +, exclusively for the Online users of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The subscription offers players some exclusive perks, in-game currency, new cosmetics, upgrades, and rewards.

From March 29 to April 27, players will get month one incentives, which include $500,000 in in-game cash in the Maze bank, LS Car meets memberships, paints and decals for their vehicles in the store, and access to extra racing rewards, among other things.

Each month, subscribers will get a fresh set of benefits, including pre-loaded GTA+ Shark Cards with additional cash prizes starting at $3 in-game money and increasing. You’ll also need a PS Plus membership, as playing online on Sony systems requires one.

The subscription costs $5.99. Fans are not particularly happy with this new announcement and are very much resentful that PC gamers might be left out of exclusive content coming their way in the near future.

How are fans reacting to a 20-year-long fan rejecting GTA +?

If you have been following the craze for GTA and Rockstar’s titles within the gaming community, the loyalty, and faith that the player base puts is unbound.
