“Happy Birthday to a Legend!!” – Streamers and YouTuber Pay Their Tribute to the Gaming Veteran Jacksepticeye

YouTube has been an integral part of the online culture for a long time. And it was all thanks to the talented individuals or “content creators” who blessed the platform with their creativity and pure entertaining skills. Among them, one of the creators who were on the platform since the early days of YouTube and shaped the modern “gaming” environment of the platform is none other than the Irish heartthrob, Jacksepticeye. 

Sean William McLoughlin aka Jacksepticeye has been a professional YouTuber and influencer for more than a decade. Sean was one of the first creators who made gaming videos and helped the “Let’s Play” format become a staple form of content on YouTube. With his infectious positive charm and dedication to his craft, Jack quickly rose to the peak and earned the accolade of a true YouTube, “Legend”. 

The industry pays tribute to Jacksepticeye 

On February 7, Jack celebrated his 33rd birthday. He uploaded a video on his channel simply named, “Happy Birthday”. He also wrote on Twitter, “33!”. The fans as well as other creators and influencers, soon jumped into the replies to express their respect and pay tribute to the veteran.

The video that Jack posted on YouTube had cryptic imagery. There wasn’t a single dialogue in the minute-long video. All he did was sit in the middle of the room with a whiteboard in the background that had 33 written in the middle. He played the classic Happy Birthday song on his phone and stock cheer noises on his laptop. 

While his YouTube video was too cryptic and abstract (just in the classic Jacksepticeye fashion) his birthday tweet was clearly straightforward. He simply stated his current age, and in the replies, some of the biggest names in the contemporary content creation sphere shared their praises and congratulated the influencer on his big day.

Ex Twitch star Ludwig wrote, “Happy birthday to a legend!!” VTuber sensation IronMouse said, “Happy day of birth Jack!! I hope your day has been absolutely amazing!” Streamer Sykkuno said, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BEST PAL JACK!!!” Many big names such as Valkyrae, Pokimane, DanTDM, CDawgVA and more joined in to wish in the replies. 

Fans join in to give their wishes to the ‘old man’

The fans shared their heart. They thanked the Irish YouTuber for being with them for so long and helping them get through rough times. They thanked him for his positivity and for making videos that bring a smile to millions of faces.
