With Battlefield 2042, EA and DICE are looking to steer the franchise in a different direction altogether. The upcoming title will have more than 100 players in a lobby, fighting other players to get the control objectives on a large map located in Kourou, French Guiana. The open beta for the game started on October 6, so you now can check the game out for yourself. However, players are not liking the fact that the Battlefield 2042 multiplayer is paid.

Lastly, we have our good old Call of Duty Warzone. Activision has a lot of plans for the game, starting with the integration of Vanguard into Warzone. The game offers a ton of content but some issues still need fixing. Especially, how hackers are still looming large and ruining the experiences of players.
This doesn’t mean Halo Infinite and Battlefield 2042 are free from issues. But being in their beta stages does give players hope that their feedback will be taken into consideration. The next couple of months will be exciting for players when both these games finally launch.
