Halo Infinite is about to get updated with a brand new playlist. As promised last week, 343 Industries finally shared some inside details on the upcoming playlist for Halo Infinite Multiplayer. This time, there will be four new playlists including Slayer, Fiesta, FFA, and Tactical Slayer (SWAT). A service update coming next week (December 14, 2021) on Halo Infinite Multiplayer will add a new playlist to the game along with some adjustments to some of the challenges.
However, in this update, Slayer will be added to Halo with just basic Slayer. The company is planning to add more variants in the near future after getting feedback on the basic style. It will be pretty interesting to see how players will react to these new playlists. Only time will tell if these newly updated playlists will be able to engage games as intended.

Adjustments to Playlist in Halo Infinite
Along with the playlist, the service update is bringing some adjustments to challenges. The adjustments include making the weekly challenges a bit less intensive for players, adding more challenges in the game according to the playlist, reducing certain requirements for other challenges, and removing mode-specific challenges from the game so that players can easily complete the challenges. Above all, a brand new challenges category is all set to arrive in this upcoming update.

Right now, there is not much information available on this category. 343 Industries is planning to share more details on this addition on next week’s Halo Waypoint. In the meantime, 343 Industries is also making all the necessary changes in the game.
After the successful release of Campaign mode, it seems like 343 Industries is back on Multiplayer mode. The company is planning some major changes and improvements in the Multiplayer mode.
