Halo Infinite is the much-awaited sixth entry of the Halo series. The Xbox exclusive picks up on the story of Master Chief following the Guardians. Following its initial reveal at the Xbox Series X game’s showcase, the game received a lot of backlash from fans due to the underwhelming graphics it offered.
Since then, 343 Industries has been working diligently on this upcoming Halo title. They have also given great importance to fan input. Halo Infinite is set to open for beta testing this summer
343 Industries Community Manager, took to Twitter to reveal that players can now register for the game’s beta testing. While there is no set date for the beta’s release, players must register with Halo Insider for a chance to participate in the early tests. Junyszek also mentioned that the release date of the beta will be determined by “development realities.”
“We’re constantly evaluating the flighting build, just like we do with MCC flights, and the exact timing is dictated by development realities. That said, once we have a firm date locked in, we’ll let you know,” he said.

The developer will not have the chance to have the widespread beta testing they want due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Additionally, this seems like an exclusive beta rather than an open beta for all players to test out the gameplay.
Recently at E3 2021 we also got a glimpse of the multiplayer gameplay of Halo Infinite. Fans were pleasantly surprised when they heard that they could acquire this experience for free. In addition to this, the trailer displays smooth combat mechanics and far superior graphics compared to the game’s initial reveal.
