343 Industries’ arguably most popular franchise, Halo, launches its latest edition, Halo Infinite, right before Christmas. And most fans and gamers would love to spend their holidays, grinding Halo, just like old times.
Recently, the developers confirmed they will implement or work on all the feedback they received from the technical previews and this has the fans on the edge of the seat, since a developer listening to the community is a rare occurrence. But it does not end there. A reliable dataminer of the game has revealed the game might launch with 23 maps. And, mind you, these are proper in-game maps.
23 maps NOT according to flight files btw, im talking about maps that are actually in the game and have assets etc https://t.co/bo5WzZSE8m

343 has always shown a certain keenness to listen to the fans, and recent news about the feedback consideration of the first beta reassures fans even more. Previous launches in the franchise have also featured some revamped maps, so it wouldn’t come as a surprise if Infinite brings an old map back to life.
Surasia replying to questions about the 4v4 mode maps also suggested that players can expect a lot of variety in the 4v4 campaign.
Halo: Infinite had a quite successful first beta towards the end of July but we still don’t have a date on the next one. The devs confirmed that the next technical preview will come with the Slayer and Big Team Battle mode. For more feedback and, of course, on the community’s request, the next beta will have an increased number of entrants. As of now, all that’s known is, the testing will probably be in October.
