Halo Infinite technical preview feedback is already impacting the game’s development in a much more positive way. Looks like 343 is taking all the feedback from players seriously to improve the game in a much better way. The technical preview was a great way to test server loads and other critical bugs in the game before the big release, and it is also proving to be the best source of invaluable feedback from gamers.
343 is living up to the expectations. Such quick and effective implementation of players’ feedback to improve the game should be a learning opportunity for other developers as well. The way 343 released a dedicated blog post on feedback and what they are doing to change certain sections and parts of the game that are not satisfactory is truly exceptional.

The tech preview got tons of positive feedback from players, especially the audio section. Players loved the audio system (menu as well as multiplayer music) in Halo Infinite tech preview. One part of the game that requires improvement is the radar of the game. The new Halo infinite radar in the technical preview operates more like a threat tracker than highlighting the actual enemies who are shooting.
The previous radar in Halo used to be much better than this one. The traditional radar allows players to go undetected if they were standing still without any movement or crouch walking.

Turns out that players are missing the classic old radar more. The new radar system didn’t really get a warm welcome from all the gamers. Looks like 343 is planning to change the new radar to give it the old touch. According to the Halo Infinite developers team, the new radar only displays enemies when they are shooting, and they knew it would feel a little different from the old one. This is the main reason they wanted to get the feedback on the radar as soon as possible.
Of course, not every player dislikes the new radar. Some gamers also loved the fresh change in the game as well. 343 said, “We have updated the combat sensor to feel more like the ‘Motion Tracker’ of old, which shows all movements besides crouch walking and should have that ready for folks in the next fight“.
