Compared to older titles, including GTA 5, it’s reported to have a balanced, smarter police system this time. A Twitter accounted named GTAVInewz recently revealed a crucial post on Rockstar’s awaited open-world title.
GTA 6 police details:
– Can recognize your vehicle, adding depth to pursuits instead of respraying and getting away.
– Take time to arrive at crime scene instead of just spawning.
– Surround the area, not just rush in immediately.
– Give players time to surrender before shooting. pic.twitter.com/8vU2CueYnd— GTA 6 NEWS (@GTAVInewz) July 30, 2023
Per the aforementioned tweet, cops in GTA 6 will be able to “recognize your vehicle, adding depth to pursuits instead of respraying and getting away.” Moreover, they will now take time to arrive at a crime scene. Previous installments had them simply spawning up. Also, they will now initially surround a given area instead of just rushing in immediately. Most importantly, the cops will offer a chance to the players to surrender instead of simply firing at them.
If this rumor ends up being legitimate, it will surely add a great twist to Rockstar’s anticipated game. Having a sensible police system operating across the city will make the open-world environment of GTA 6 more believable and realistic.
