Rockstar Games’ much-awaited release GTA 6 doesn’t seem to go off the trending charts. The sixth part of the Grand Theft Auto series has been long due. But the developments in the Rockstar Games project have been in the hot talks lately. While the fans have been subjected to various rumors and theories about the project, the developers have mostly refrained from confirmation. In a similar episode, GTA 6 map leaks have the fan’s attention.

Early speculations said that GTA 6’s setting might be Miami, with a second locale in South America for additional objectives. Over time, the rumors shaped around the possibility of an extended GTA Vice City map. But the latest trending leak has unveiled detailed information about what might allegedly be included in the Rockstar Games’ final output. 

GTA 6 Map to be 2X the size of GTA V 

GTA V was launched in the year 2013. Even after a decade of its release, the title remains one of the most played online games. The legacy of the franchise has been of constant super-hits and widely loved chapters. This gives more of a reason for the gaming enthusiasts to wait for the sixth edition. And with the latest update on the map size and scale, the fans are more than thrilled. 

A leak back in September 2018 had suggested the game to be inspired by the classic debut of the franchise Vice City. Upon the confirmation of GTA 6 bringing the Vice City map back, gamers were keen to experience the modifications and adaptations made to the city for the modern day. 

Well, it seems like the developers are offering the community more than they could ask for. According to the latest leak, the forthcoming giant would be almost twice the size of GTA V. Adding to that, players would be able to expand the map with time. The locations include the main setup in Vice City, along with parts of Florida, and the islands of Cuba. The reports also suggest earlier drafts included the parts of North and South America.

The highlight attribute that might be a complete innovation to the game might be the result of most of the fan demands. Over the years, GTA fans have always desired the addition of enterable buildings for an enhanced realistic, and immersive experience. If the rumors are to be believed, GTA 6 would be making the desire come true. 

Not to forget these speculations aren’t backed by any official statement by the Rockstar Games. Although fans believe the pattern for the developers had been similar in previous releases. It will be interesting to see how the developers cash on to the surreal hype for the project with further developments.
