Inspired by the widely popular Naughty Dog’s title of the same name, the TV Show has won hearts all over. The show’s popularity has exceeded all expectations. No surprise, an iconic GTA 5 face wants in on the next season of the show.
Michael, the most popular character from Rockstar Games’ last release of the Grand Theft Auto series, wants to join the Neil Druckmann Universe. Seems like HBO’s classic TV Show has impressed the GTA 5-style icon. Through the latest podcast interview, the actor behind the creation of Michael revealed his willingness to be a part of the super hit show’s upcoming season.

GTA 5 was released in 2013 and remains one of the most-played online games to date. You may forget anything from the game but not the iconic character of Michael. The character was one of the three playable protagonists having the wittiest of lines in the narrative. Ned Luke, the actor who had played Michael, is now looking for a new adventure. And what better than joining the ultimate fan favorite The Last of Us?
When the actor was asked whether he had seen the show or not, he gave the most interesting reply. “Yeah, I watched that. I was a little pi**ed I wasn’t in it. (chuckled) I’m always pis*ed. I loved the show, it was great. And hey! Druckmann if you’re watching this, how about Last of Us part 2 just get me something”, the GTA 5 actor did not hesitate in expressing his desperation.

Even the interviewer was left in splits after hearing the adorable confession. Overall it seemed like Michael had a fan moment for the show, which of course gamers aren’t used to seeing. Fans immediately started speculating the possibility of Druckmann considering the request. Although being a long shot, gamers wouldn’t mind seeing another gaming-cinema collaboration.
Also, it will be interesting to see how a witty and blunt character like Michael would fit in the Zombie apocalyptic setting. Just a thought to keep us excited for a GTA 5 meets The Last of Us version.

During the podcast, Led Nuke also mentioned looking forward to the highly-anticipated GTA 6. One thing the gaming community certainly has in common with Michael’s real-life version. What role would you want Led Nuke to play in Naughty Dog’s cinematic version?
