GTA V is arguably one of the greatest games ever made. Rockstar Game’s Magnum Opus redefined what an open world can be. Players still find new details and secrets in the game despite GTA V being released over a decade ago. With that, the expectation for GTA 6 has also increased significantly over the years. Fans have waited for a long, long time for a first look at the next GTA game. Now one fan thinks the devs can deliver in epic fashion. We are also inclined to get behind this fan request as we think it can turn out to be something epic for the entire community.
I think it’d be really cool if Rockstar was to reveal GTA 6 through GTA Online.
Have everybody meetup at the Maze Bank Arena to watch the trailer while it simultaneously premiers on YouTube. Other games have done it… it’d be nice if Rockstar tried too. pic.twitter.com/G1etQXF1E0

Gaming Detective took to X to suggest that GTA Online would be a pretty cool place for the official reveal. The user thinks Rockstar Games can request their players to gather at the Maze Bank Arena in order to make such an announcement. And they can broadcast the trailer in the arena as the clip also airs simultaneously on YouTube. If the devs actually decide to do this, it will be one memorable thing for the fans where GTA Online will once again prove what makes it such a great game in the franchise.

While some fans are on board, few are concerned about server issues that can hinder such efforts.
Fans have their say
After the suggestion tweet was posted, a lot of fans have come together to support the idea.
I don't understand why rockstar doesn't do this? It will barely cost any money or resources to set this up. They'll make money from this as well.

However, some aren’t on board.
What makes rockstar who they are is exactly what makes them bad at times. This special “closed doors” persona that really just translates to we don’t want to tell you anything special till we feel like it

Some aren’t behind this idea as they feel it may not reach the wider fanbase.
Yeah but all the other games that do it are relevant in the sense that there more recent. GTA online now mainly lives on through RP servers so it wouldn’t be a good way for them to target their fanbase

Another skeptic in the crowd.
Rockstar? Try? Never

But Will has another idea that we can get behind.
What about if they revealed it on here and finally finished the building pic.twitter.com/h9iDjCSJ0U
